Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because every item in our store is custom-printed and made to order, our shipping process includes both a production phase and a transit phase. Please review our shipping timelines below.

1. Production & Processing Time
Before your order ships, it must be created. 
* Standard Production Time: 2–5 business days.
* During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 5–7 business days.

Once your item is printed, quality-checked, and packaged, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
After production is complete, your package will ship. Estimated transit times vary by destination:
* United States: 3–7 business days 
* International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs processing)

Please Note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time. 

3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label is scanned by the carrier. 

4. Multiple Shipments
If you order different types of products (for example, a custom t-shirt and a custom mug), they may be printed at different facilities. Do not worry if your items arrive in separate packages at slightly different times—you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages
We partner with reliable carriers, but occasionally delays happen due to weather, transit bottlenecks, or holidays. If your tracking status hasn't updated in 7 business days, please reach out to us with your order number so we can investigate.
