Because every item in our shop is custom-printed to order just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size/color selections.
Please review our size guides carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
Damages and Production Issues
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we will gladly make it right! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To file a claim for a free replacement or refund on a damaged item, please email us with:
1. Your Order Number
2. A clear photograph showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your package is lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us so we can assist you in locating it or arranging a solution.
Cancellations
Because our fulfillment system is automated to begin production as quickly as possible, cancellations or modifications to orders must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item enters production, the order cannot be canceled.
